Sunny Zhou PhD is your First Year Director at Large for 2025. Dr. Siang Zhou is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), leading active research in bridge engineering, structural design, and analysis.

Colton Gill PE is your First Year Director at Large for 2025. He is a transportation engineer with BGE, Inc. in Frisco, Texas. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Texas and Arkansas.

Adam Eaton PE, CFM, ENV SP is your second-year director at large for 2025. He serves as a Senior Project Manager and resiliency and sustainability subject matter expert for Ardurra, focused on climate-resilient solutions for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.

Angie Fealy PE is your Senior Director at Large for 2025. Angie has been passionately involved in ASCE since she joined her junior year of undergrad at Texas Tech. She enjoys being involved in the ASCE community and learning about the projects and ideas for the community.

Patricia Frayre PE is your VP Technical Elect for 2025. She is the founding principal of Frayre Engineering & Consulting and has experience in the management of private and public sector clients for site development and public works projects.

Joe Alvarez is your Vice President of Educational Affairs Elect for 2025. Joe is currently employed with the Texas Department of Transportation. In his spare time, Joe serves in roles for other civic organizations in the South Texas area.

Michael Bloom PE is your VP of Professional Affairs Elect for 2025. Michael provides sustainability and resilience consulting services with 5engineering, LLC. located in Houston, Texas. Michael helps restore environmentally impacted sites, plans and designs resilient facilities
