Join the ASCE Houston Branch for the upcoming volunteer event with MATH COUNTS at Obra D. Tompkins High School on Saturday, February 8.

MATHCOUNTS is a nationwide program that promotes math excellence for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students and combines the efforts of education, business, government and the technological community.  It motivates students to do well in math and recognizes and rewards them for achievement. There are multiple shifts you can sign up for. If you have any ASCE shirt, please wear it the day of the event. This event is open for everyone, they will provide a grading rubric and answers so you don’t have to be a math genius like these kids to volunteer. Hope to see you there!
