Houston Branch Shadow an Engineer Day

Join the ASCE Houston Branch for their 2025 Shadow an Engineer Day on March 27! This is a wonderful opportunity for local high school seniors to spend a day with engineering professionals, learning about the industry through presentations, office tours, Q&A sessions, and real-world project showcases.
When: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM CT
Where: At Your Office!
Who: High school seniors in STEM programs from schools around Houston (Transportation provided by participating schools)
Host company expectations:
- Host 5-10 students in your office, including providing lunch for students.
- Design a program that best showcases your company’s expertise (to your discretion).
- Suggested ideas include: an Office tour, Presentation on completed projects, Presentation of “a day in the life of an engineering consultant”, Q&A
